I have 3 kohls cash coupons I'd like to use online. I've used them before but this time upon checkout I enter my charge number and below it says "gift cards,kohls cash, promos" but there is NO place to enter Kohls cash??? I've redone it several times to no avail. Any idea why I can't enter them? Black Friday make a difference?Kohls Cash Help Online?
Black Friday should not be a factor.
Kohls.com has a FAQ which says:
Can I use my Kohl's Cash for purchases on Kohls.com?
No. At this time Kohls.com does not have the functionality to apply Kohl's Cash to online purchases. We are working to change this, and soon you will have the ability to use Kohl's Cash on Kohls.com.
