3. Sat down and enjoyed? Good joke. My girls watched Cinderella a few weeks ago when they were both a little under-the-weather, but there was no sitting down on my end. I was running for saltine crackers and barf buckets the entire time.
4. My son thinks he's going to be an M'n'M. The other two have changed their minds so many times over the last few weeks I don't even know where to begin. Yeah, they can eat some of their candy the night-of. That's the fun of it, right? We just cut them off before they go green in the face and start spewing.

9. I have six kids so it's quite expensive. About 拢150 per week. We do not "coupon" - it isn't really a thing in the UK.
10. n/a.|||1- What's for supper?
Was supposed to be Chicken parmesan, noodles and caesar salad and birthday cake. My hubby's 41st birthday is today but he is violently ill with a stomch flu!
2- Have you ever ran naked through a sprinkler... as an adult?
No! Sounds like fun though, LOL.
3- When's the last time you sat down and enjoyed a Disney classic?
Yesterday/
4- What do your kids want to be for Halloween and do you let them eat candy that same night?
A bumblebee and a princess. yes, they eat candy the same night. It would be kind of cruel to come home and make them put it all away and tell them they can't have any!
5- What is your favorite coffee flavor (if you like coffee)?
Plain coffee, but I'm more of a tea drinker.
6- Is it snowing where you live yet?
No. I live in Ontario, Canada and it's supposed to be unseasonably warm all week-end - mid-20s!!
7- What is a typical Thanksgiving meal for your family?
Thanksgiving is this week-end. Typical dinner is turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans and pie. Also birthday cake cause hubby's birthday is a couple of days before Thanksgiving.

2. Not as an adult (I'm 18) but I did at fifteen with my younger cousins on a scorching day.
3. On Thursday with my Girl Guides unit. We watched Aladdin, and I thoroughly embarrassed them all by singing along loudly. Apparently, I'm *too old* to know about Disney movies.
4. My 'kids' (my Girl Guides and my little sisters, all of which I look after on a regular basis) we all usually dress up, even though Halloween isn't celebrated in Australia that much, and we usually set a theme and make the costumes ourselves (this year is Egypt-themed, last year was Animal-themed) and we do give out lollies, but encourage healthy options as well, like sweet fruits.
5. I'm not a coffee person, but I usually drink soy chai lattes.
6. It rarely snows in Australia, and never where I live. And it's only just starting to warm up, as we're going into summer here.
7. Thanksgiving isn't celebrated in Australia, so it's a typical day for us, usually with me supervising my little sisters as they give their best shot at cooking a meal which everyone eats due to the amount of care, love, and effort that went into it.
8. No, as our mum is allergic. We used to have fish, hermit crabs, and a mouse, but they all died eventually. We're currently petless, but we care for the neighbours cat as they're off on vacation.

9- How much do you normally spend on groceries per week and do you coupon or comp?
50/week on groceries for myself
10- If you do coupon or comp, what is your BIGGEST savings yet? :)
n/a|||Did you miss the one I did last week? (I was thinking about doing one today, but since you beat me to the punch, I'll save it for next week.
1. Brisket, apples and honey, potatoes, peas. (It's the night before Yom Kippur.)
2. Nope.
3. Hmmm.... we own several on DVD. I think the last one I watched was Fantasia, a month or 6 weeks ago.
4. Daughter has decided to dress up as one of the "My Little Pony"s. (Don't ask....) She's 19 so no longer trick or treats, but plans to wear it to class and maybe go to a party if she's invited to one.
5. Who is it who said "Why is it that something that smells so good can taste so BAD?" That's my opinion. (Though I find that most of the flavored coffees also smell awful. I think it's the hazelnut stuff that just turns my stomach...)
6. Nope. We had a light frost last weekend, but now it's in the 80's.
7. These days we usually go out -- Golden Corral or something like that. (Grandma used to always do thanksgiving, but she's no longer able to. And we don't have the space to entertain and I can't see doing a big meal just for the three of us.
8. We have two cats.
9. Typical grocery bill is about $60-$70, plus what I spend at the farmer's market. ($10-$20 a week during the season.) BUT -- that doesn't count many lunches, since we all eat out for most lunches. And none of us are big breakfast eaters.
I rarely use coupons. I've found that the coupons in the paper are rarely for things that I buy (mostly for convenience foods), and I'm bad about remembering to bring the few coupons that WOULD work for me. But Kroger sends out coupons every couple of months, based on my real shopping habits, so I try to use those and save a few bucks. But no local stores double coupon, and I can rarely justify buying something I don't usually use JUST to save 50 cents or $1 on it.
10. Again, nothing huge. I've occassionally been able to combine a coupon with a current sale so have, for example, gotten Kraft cheese for less than $1 a bag/block. As a rule, i save more by watching sales, stocking up on staples when they're on sale, and saving regular-price purchases for perishables that we just can't do without. (Last week every item on my shopping list except the milk was on sale AND I had a "$5 off a $50 purchase coupon.)
