Can you use coupons on Black Friday for their deals?

Our Target will have Toy Story 3 for $13 and I have a manufacturer's coupon for $8 off.Can you use coupons on Black Friday for their deals?
Depends on the store. Where I live they will - because it's no skin of their backs - the manufacturer reimburses the store the amount of the coupon so it's not like they are out the money in the long run.



A few weeks ago I bought dish-washing detergent that was on sale for $5.49 and had a coupon for $6.00 off which no one said anything about. So essentially I was PAID $0.51 to buy dishwasher detergent.
a manufacturers coupon is paid to the store buy the manufacturer so it doesn't cost them anything. The stores sale is separate, so your coupon should work. However some coupons will say not valid with any other discount of offer, in that case it would not work.Can you use coupons on Black Friday for their deals?

The Target savings book that I just got in the mail however, expires November 25th, so that it's not usable for Black Friday.
