I would write the whole "Amazing Grace" lyrics in write over black sheet 12in by 8 in with a simple scene as background. Have it nicely framed up, wrapped it and mark it handle with care, item fragile . Along with it, a nice card with loving wishes inscribe inside. That will be ideal for you.
